A TR visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue that means in simple terms you must travel to Thailand within 90 days! It doesn't mean you get stamped in for 90 days so there's a difference between visa validity ( how long you get before you must travel) and length of stay a lot of people get confused between the 2
