How can I apply for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand?
Hello everyone, I am currently in Thailand and wanna apply for DTV. How to do so, can anyone guide me with a checklist and details of how to, where to apply for DTV, and requirements.

I am from Fiji, and there is no Thai Embassy there. So if I had to apply from home country, I will still apply via their website. Say I have the docs ready, do I need to exit Thailand before submitting the documents or not?

The new policy literally went into effect today. You now can only apply in your home country. Therefore you must fly home and complete there. The other new addition is a criminal background check

for an overwhelming majority of people this is going to be the same. It takes a lot of energy to get permanent residency somewhere else, so to then want to relocate to Thailand after that, seems like limited casesGraeme ********
Yes but the choice is there for expats which there are hundereds if not thousands on DTV's applied from Permanent Resdients of several countries particularly Middle East/Asia.
