I'm hoping I can get some insight on what I can do in relation to overstaying my 60 day visa by 1 day; leave on the 61st day at 2pm.

Is there something I can do at customs when I arrive in Chiang Mai?

I can book a flight out of Thailand 🇹🇭 on April 14 on miles; however, our visa will expire on April 9th.

I know overstay days are 500baht per day which is not a problem for me. But!!!! Will the 5 overstay days prevent me from getting our visas again later in November of 2025????

We do not want to have any trouble with the Thai government as my wife is Thai and we try to come every year if we can afford to do so.

hi! (uk passport holder) so mid april - may i arrived on 30 days, extended by 30 but had 2 days overstay & paid the fine (local immigration closed & i had to travel to the nearest one), then did cambodia for 30days, and came back to thailand for another 30. im now doing 45 days in vietnam and plan to return to thailand so i can be there for november & christmas, but want to stay as long as possible. what is the earliest date i can return? assuming i need to do 1 more country before i can return, if im wanting to be there for christmas time, and with the 60days on arrival, does this mean you can extend it to 90? thank you! 🙏🙏

What's the score if I'm one day late renewing my visa?

Can any tell me what’s the overstay penalty per day? Somebody told me 500bahts and ither person said 1500bahts per day.

We are just a out to get our 30 day extension.

We have been told by a lot of people that we don't need to do it for our children who are all under 10.

We are a little concerned that if we re enter Thailand it may become a problem at a later date.

Does anyone have any information regarding this?

Hello all, I came in on a tourist visa In Feb. I need to extend on the 16th, however the offices are closed from the 12th or 13th and 16th is a Saturday. I’m in Koh Tao. I have my flight out to go back home on th 16th of May so if I extend before the 12th for 30 days it would be too early. Or can I explain my situation? I’m also due to go to Phuket on the 18th as I have a course booked for 5 days.

If my OA visa expires on 15th Sept and if i go to renew/extend on 20th Sept would it be acceptable? I mean, is there any grace period after expiry of OA visa within which it can be renwed/extended without penalty? I am expecting one week delay in funding the minimum requisite balance for two months.

Hello everyone, please if you would,My ED visa extension is being canceled, my university is preparing the cancellation letter for 15 days from now, but my physical passport is currently being sent back to America for renewal. What are my options?

The letter date cannot be changed for cancellation.

My passport will not be back in 15 days and it is my original passport.
