What is the best way to apply for a Thai visa while relying on investment income and family support?

I'm Part time employed in the UK alongside monthly income from an investment.

I will not be working once in Thailand. The monthly income from my investment will be supporting my stay. I have 500k in bank for 3 months also.

The payment is made via my father who manages the investment for me.

2 questions,

Would it be best to select employee, unemployed or something else?

Is it preferable to explain this situation with a letter / father signature / his bank details? or just provide my bank statements?

I know it's a not an average predicament, just hoping for some advice if possible.

As you won't be working you will be "unemployed" so select that option.

It is vital you evidence as best you can how you will support yourself over the duration of the visa especially as you have no source income through employment.

I do t know what your investment is but it will need to be sufficient to sustain your daily cost of living and I'd suggest you probably want to be demonstrating a monthly income of around £1500 GBP or more.

Based of the information you have given. You get paid for part time work already? You also have the 500k requirement?

Do a contract letting from your work and saying that you can work in Thailand. You should be fine, you have an income from a job and the 500k
