I applied for my Non-O retirement visa through their Canberra embassy on 5 Sept and received the visa on 15 Sept. Perhaps call them? Might be missing some documents, or need clarification. They do say 10 working days, at least, for approval.

You may have applied too late ,I have found that it takes about 3 weeks upwards for a,non o marriage visa.

What sort of Visa? Did you check the tracking to see what status it's at? If you cannot see what's happening via the tracking, or have no email asking for further information (check junk mail in case it's gone there), you can try to call them.

Be patient. The Australian Thai Embassy or Consulates are very good with issuing Thai Visas.
