What feedback can I get on my DTV application documents for Thailand?

Hi All,

I would like to get feedback from folks who got their DTV approved or have experience dealing with DTV Thailand in the past.

I am a mechanical engineering subject matter expert providing core engineering services to clients across the globe. I was in a regular job until Dec 2025 after which I became a solo proprietor freelance consultant. I have a US based client whom I get work from often. The following are the documents I submitted to DTV, except DD payment which is yet to be done.

1) Passport Biography Pages

2) Photo

3) Residency Documents

- Aadhar Card, Property Tax Reciept and Notice, Electricity Bill. All of these under my own name.

4) Freelance Digital Nomad Docs

: Service Provider agreement, recent work order with rate and hours allocated, most recent three invoices, remittance certificates from the bank, GST incorporation certificate, Most recent CV.

5) Bank Statements and Proof of Funds,

: I compiled two bank accounts both savings and fixed deposits with a total of 38 lacs in liquid money and 40 lacs in fixed deposits. The Savings had more or less 30 lacs balance over the last 3 months. To be on safe side, I provided six months of bank statements for three savings, and eight FDs. Nice cover letter with tabulated and conversation to Thai Baht.

6) PCC dated 16 Oct, from Ministry of External Affairs, Passport Seva Kendra Submitted. The letter specifically says for Kingdom of Thailand.

Questions:

1) My recent passport size photo is good but I am smiling a bit. Will the embassy ask for a different photo ? I hope it does not get rejected over photo.

2) Are my documents set lacking anything ? Please advise.

3) When I get the DD made from the bank, Do I write my application number or something on the back or not? OR do I simply bring the payment submission form from portal and bring DD? I mean how do they figure whose DD is for which application?
