Hello. I am currently in Vientiane and my non immigrant B visa application has been bounced back as my compressed file for 'Letters from the relevant authorities' is unreadable. I used 'I Love PDF'. Does anyone know of a better free website? OR maybe I can get rid of some of the documents that have made it too large? Does the embassy really need the whole kit and kabbodle that my prospective employers have scanned for me?

Also. I am unable to edit my application even though I have followed their instructions I cannot see the option.

Will the Embassy of Thailand take walk ins if I turn up on their doorstep on Monday morning with the hard copies?

Just landed at Suvarmabhumi after getting the DTV approval on Wednesday. Super easy. Just said I have DTV, showed her on my phone and she stamped me in till Nov 4. My child was with me, no DTV she asked if he was visa exempt and how long they would be staying I said 2 months. She said I should get the DTV for them too so it’s easier when they come and go. In hindsight I was going to do it in Hanoi but said we would next time we leave. Since Bangkok is really a base and we will be in and out every 2 months or so anyway. But it seems they definitely are mentioning getting visas over doing visa (exempt)runs.

We were here 90 days then left late Aprill for China and Vietnam. Before that 2022 and 2023 90 days with one bounce

Lots of people had to leave the line because they didn’t do the TDAC even though there are signs everywhere. She didn’t ask to see it just if we did. I said yes and that was it.

Hi Everyone. I'm applying for the DTV visa through Los Angeles and I just received the 'Request for Further Document' email for supplemental documents. I work for a university currently and was hired as a full time employee 2 years ago. The offer letter itself was insufficient, so I'm now putting together more documents (Employment Verification generated electronically from our portal, and a payslip that shows I'm a remote FTE) to submit. They asked for a 'Guarantee letter from the company implies that you work remotely' so I'm putting those 3 together.

I've read that LA wants a statement clearly saying that we 'do not intend to conduct any business in Thailand or engage in business activities with Thai nationals or entities, and also that we do not seek local employment'. How can I show this? I've drafted a cover letter to state this information since the above documents mentioned does not state this piece of information anywhere. I will not go to HR to have them sign off this letter and I also don't really want to go to my director for it. Is there any other way? Does it have to include a wet signature? Can I be the one to draft it on my university letterhead? Can I sign off the letter myself?

Thank you all for your expertise in this group.

Hi everyone,

My first 90-day report is coming up next week, and I'm trying to prepare everything in advance. So far, I have ready:

* A copy of my passport

* The completed TM.47 form

* A printout of my current visa

* The TM30 receipt provided by my landlord

if there are any other documents or steps I might be missing for the 90-day reporting process, I'd greatly appreciate your advice.

GRACIAS!

Hi guys, I'm about to have to do my 90 day reporting. I've got a TM30 form from the previous time I did it, however that was before I had a DTV visa. So I'm wondering if I need to have my TM30 form updated to show that I am now on a DTV visa. Hoping someone here might know the answer to this! Thanks.
