Hello, for all who have applied and successfully added their spouse to their DTV, can you please say what the requirements are for the sponsor letter?
Is there anything else required other than the usual (Cover letter was mentioned), do i need to show financial proof again, or anything from the business I work for to say about the dependant, or is my DTV enough?
When you are submitting bank statements for the DTV, would it be better to submit every page of the statement or the overview page which shows the relevant information (i.e. our names, address, beginning balance, deposits, deductions and ending balance)?
In regards to Washington DC Royal Embassy, the 3 months of statements $500,000 Baht, does each statement individually have to show over 500k baht or just the final balance period has to show the needed amount? My May statement has a little over 17k and a screenshot of todays balance is well over 17K, However April and March statements are not but they do show continuous deposits.
Hello people, i am talking to people who already apply for DTV Visa in chicago, what are additional documents will they ask me for? I have my passport, clear picture of me, I have 15,000 in bank account, I have driver's license, I have employment certificate and professional portfolio showcasing my work saying i can do remote work in any country. The additional documents that I do have is LLC and Employer identification number if they need it so what other documents they will ask me for please need this information.
1) I'm having the amount of 500,000 Baht split into 2 different bank acc (Hong Kong and Thai bank). Would the split reduce my chances of approval.
2) Also the amount on my HK bank statements are in HKD. I suppose I'd better convert them with a separate doc for better understanding for the officers, right?
I'll be re-entering Thailand with DTV. Previously spent nearly the full 180 days, left the country for almost one month. Should I expect any issues? Have to show proof of financials? Or smooth sailing same as the first time? Thanks guys
1. For the financial proof, does the 3 months of bank statements all have to show over 20,000 baht for each month or is it just the most recent balance.
2. can i use an cash ISA as proof of funds
3. If my plan is to fly to BKK from uk , return to the uk, and then fly back to BKK over a month later , Should I show all of these flights on the application.
Got my DTV approved in taipei through soft powers. It has been a hell, they require you to be employed and show dozens of documents (work contract, certificate of employment, company license authorized with seals, pay slips going into your account, certifications from the gym that are out of ordinary). Despite of showing them all (plus a bank account with 1M) I still got an interview (which took place 2 weeks after submitting the documents for the first time) which felt everything but relaxed with most of the questions related to my job (I applied for soft powers but it doesn't seem there's much difference here). It might be better than malaysia or japan but do yourself a favor, don't apply here. I repeat, don't apply here because they are extra picky. ps: if you think you still wanna get a shot cuz your documents are perfect plz read what I wrote above, avoid this embassy
