Do you need to provide a copy of your current Thai visa (ED multi entry) or just bio page of passport is enough? Mine will expire at the end of Nov. I heard some people got DTV without cancelling the old one.

For document indicating current location, is Lao visa exempt stamp enough?

Anyone have experience using the evisa system in Cambodia? Wondering if the processing time is really 5 business days? Saw someone in Ho Chi Minh get theirs back in 2 days. Also wondering if the documentation they are requiring is the same of if they are asking for more now.

Also, I think there is a Thai public holiday on Monday. That means their international embassies will be closed too right?

Searched everywhere, but still so confusing.

Doing my Thai driving license renewal from 2 to 5 years.

Need residence certificate. Is tm30 enough with 2 photos, and visa

/entry stamps? Do I need a house contract? ( just did in Pattaya for my dad, and those where the only required)

I travel every 3 weeks, so don’t have 90 day report

Do I need to make an appt for license renewal or can I come to DLT directly

Many thanks in advance 🙏🙏🙏

Taipei DTV UPDATE: Same Day (or 2-3 days max) processing.

Went to Taipei’s Thailand “embassy” today and here’s what I learned

1. Foreigners can apply just with a passport and the visa application + your required documents (bank statement printed + soft power or proof of your remote work etc.

2. 9-11:30am every business day for visas, you get a number and they will call you . Drop off passport and documents

3. Within same day you’ll be notified if your visa was approved or rejected (and they will explain why)

4. PAYMENTS: You only need to pay AFTER it’s approved in cash which is incredible. The fee is actually REFUNDABLE if it doesn’t get approved.

5. The cost: 11,000 TWD (approx $360 USD)

Hi,

I applied for an e-Visa in Malysia.

Is it possible to fly to a different country(Indonesia) during Visa approval and then fly to Thailand from there?

I would probably fly from Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand on the way back and reimmigrate in malaysia if necessary.

Could that lead to problems?

May I know if I need to go back to my home country every 3 months to do something, does it mean I have to pay the 10,000baht everytime when I come back to Thailand? Or the 10,000baht is for 5 years? Does this visa suitable for me? 🤔

I need to apply for a multiple entry non-O visa, taking care of my Thai children. Is there still a consulate nearby that doesn't ask for this 400k Thai bank statement?
