Hello guys, previously, I entered and exited Thailand and obtained a 2-month tourist visa for the second time. Now, I want to extend it again to travel more, but the only option I know about is annual language schools. Is there any other solution for 3-6 months?

Where on the Thai Immigration Site can I find the updated/actual STM2 and Acknowledgement for Overstay Forms?

I was at the Phuket Immigration with all the required forms already filled in and signed (TM7, STM2, Acknowledgement) which I downloaded at the official Site:

The Officers who checked all docs immediately took out my STM2 and Acknowledgement and I had to fill in "new" ones because mine were not the updated ones (?).

The wait can be frustrating. Those who have applied and received a feedback, how long did it take you all? Can you comment the location and the processing time it took?

Are there any self-employed online English tutors here, that have had success applying for the visa?

Hello, I'm cancelling my work permit and non-B and my child's Ed visa this week with immigration. We are then exiting to Cambodia to return back here on a tourist visa. I have an Australian passport and my child a British passport. I was told I get 30 days and she gets 60 days both with the visa waiver. I can then get another 30 days after that? We leave here for my new job at the very end of Jan. Is there anything else I need to do/think of? Do I need to lodge any paperwork for the tourist visa or anything? I'm at immigration this week and honestly, I'm worried they won't let us back in on a tourist visa and all my stuff in our house will be lost 🤣😂😅

Are videos like this (made by DTV Visa holders) fueling rising housing costs in Thailand?

Hi, I am Nepali citizen. I am planning to travel to thailand on second week of Dec. for this, i have already obtained Visit Visa in my nepali passport. as the validity of my passport was less than 6 months, i renewed my passport. while getting new passport from Kathmandu passport office, they put stamp of "CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE" in my old passport, on which, Visa is granted.

My new passport also contains my old passport number in second page.

can i travel to thailand by carrying both passports?

or do i need to transfer my visa to new passport?

please suggest. if visa can be transferred to my new passport at Bangkok airport itself?

To get my name on the house book I need a certified copy of my birth certificate.

The US embassy doesn’t do that. It’s for the authority in Nonthaburi. What is acceptable as certification?

Have just successfully completed my 90 day check in.

I asked what documents were needed for the 180 day extention and they said another (up to date) copy of a bank statement showing proof of 500,000 THB funds.

They also giggled and said they didn’t really know as it’s a new VISA 😊
