Where on the Thai Immigration Site can I find the updated/actual STM2 and Acknowledgement for Overstay Forms?

I was at the Phuket Immigration with all the required forms already filled in and signed (TM7, STM2, Acknowledgement) which I downloaded at the official Site:

The Officers who checked all docs immediately took out my STM2 and Acknowledgement and I had to fill in "new" ones because mine were not the updated ones (?).

Hi I have a question, I know my school has cancelled my work permit and I need to cancel my extension of stay but they won’t give me the termination letter I need to hand into immigration. Is there a way that I can cancel the extension of stay without this letter? If I go to changwattana without the letter to termination letter will I be sent away? I really wanna get out of overstay as quickly as possible!

Received single reentry permit today at DMK on first 90 days on non O retirement visa. I printed out form from internet, attached 4x6 cm picture, printed copies of passport all relevant pages, departure card-they accepted without issues, charged ฿1000. There were reports they require they print it out and take your photo at ฿200 extra, that didn’t happen to me. Also the reentry permit and overstay office is just past where immigration stamps you out of Thailand to the left. There are separate desks and officers for overstays and reentry, it took about 15 minutes including time to help one person in front of me. It wasn’t busy at this moment–1430 on a Thursday afternoon – but I’d allow an hour for the process in case there are several people in front of you.

What happens if you overstay 2 days with a 1 month visa exemption? Can you still extend it at the office?
