Probably not unless you have a ton more in and out stamps prior.

If you try to extend though you’ll only get 7 days.

And of course all of this depends on the IO you get
Steve ****
The IO you got at that time. You will be fine, until you aren’t.

Even sillier since you can get any retirement, LTR or marriage visa and completely eliminate the risk of being rejected.

So sure. Lots of people will come and go like this. Only a few will get pulled but when they do the impact is significant and better mitigated than gambled.

You should be fine. I got an O A outside th country and after a full year will do LTR. Elite is extremely expensive and IMO not really worth it.
Steve ****
There is no hard and fast answer. Your sister clearly isn’t part of the group they are really targeting but it all depends the what the IO in front of her thinks.

deported. Refused. Same same.

Blacklist. 2 entry max. Same same.
Steve ****
It is but they are cracking down. You might do this once but the second time you risk immediate deportation and blacklist

they will likely extend consideration to ASEAN passport holders. This is for the nationals who are abusing visa waivers to maintain residency. All of them can simply apply for DTV, O, LTR or privilege.

Are those flawless? No. They can definitely use some streamlining but they add better control than a tired IO at 2 AM

1. IO opens passport

2. Sees no valid visa

3. Sees 2 entry stamps

4. Rejects. (Probably with a large, hard to miss full page stamp)

Seems simple.

For purposes of having 800k in a Thai bank that is sufficient. How it got into the account doesn’t matter for the 800k method. It only matters for the 65k/month method
