1: Im currently on an ED Visa, which runs out end of Juli. Does that influence. my application procedure?

2: My bank account does not have the required 500K baht for 3 months (only 2) does this matter?

3: I read this on a thai embassy website: **All supporting materials that are issued outside of Thailand and the US must be accompanied by certified English translations and notarized by an Embassy/Consulate or Ministry of Foreign Affairs only*

^ does anybody know the specifics on this?

Just for your information. K plus SME app is ending on 17th June. It is being replaced with yhe K Biz app. We went into the bank to get the app set up, only to find that, as a foreigner, I cannot set it up. It has to be registered to a thai person. I'm still able to log on to online banking, just not allowed to register for the mobile app. 🤷‍♂️ So all you business owners with Kasikorn Bank, you need to get something sorted before the 17th June

Has anyone heard the latest reports on the Thailand/Cambodia situation.

I applied for DTV on May 22, 2025, and my current status is still "Pending Document Check". I calculated that it has been 11 working days. I feel very confused. I applied at Royal Thai Consulate General, Shanghai. I sent an email to“ thaiconsular.shanghai@gmail.com ”There was no response. Can you give me some advice?

Has anybody had any experience in Greece using the Athens consulate for DTV soft power please?

Has anyone successfully applied for DTV through HCM? In the case I'm unemployed, is it sufficient to just have a letter explaining how I will be able to sustain my life in Thailand?

I got a visa and my passport is about to expire in a year. Will I have to resubmit the documents to transfer the visa to the new passport?

For Aussies, coming next money. Q- If I get an O retirement Visa in Aus before I come. I don't need health insurance, 30 day extensions, do visa runs or anything like that, yes/ no. If so, anyone remember how much they paid for the visa please.
