What are the best options for a British family looking to move to Phuket and establish a permanent residence and business?

Looking for advice recommendations:

British family: Fiancée 3 kids (under 4) looking to obtain a visa for moving to phuket permanently (i have a condo and bank account in my name now for 5 years)

Looking to set up a business (not fixed on business type yet) probably start with a cafe.

Couple of things:

Anyone recommend a lawyer they have used who deal in setting up companies and obtaining visas?

Whould it be easier to get married in uk before coming over in july 2026? Or get married in thailand?
