Looking for advice recommendations:

British family: Fiancée 3 kids (under 4) looking to obtain a visa for moving to phuket permanently (i have a condo and bank account in my name now for 5 years)

Looking to set up a business (not fixed on business type yet) probably start with a cafe.

Couple of things:

Anyone recommend a lawyer they have used who deal in setting up companies and obtaining visas?

Whould it be easier to get married in uk before coming over in july 2026? Or get married in thailand?

Any other advice welcome. 🙏
Answer summary
A British family is seeking recommendations on obtaining a visa to move permanently to Phuket, Thailand, and plans to open a business, likely a café. They have lived in Thailand for 5 years with a condo and bank account. They are considering whether to marry in the UK before moving or in Thailand, and are looking for advice and lawyers who specialize in visas and business setup.
