Anyone applied for soft power in Vietnam and funds were mostly in their business bank?

Just thinking the statement would be in my company name then would need another piece of paper showing that I own the company

Makes it a little complicated for the person reading the application I feel

Hello everyone!

I’m new to the group, and was super thrilled to find so many of you posting and referencing so much helpful information!

I have a question I hope I can get clarification on.

This is specifically for the DTV soft power culinary schooling.

I have my funds in a high yield savings account with Wealthfront and I have access to funds between this account and my personal Wells Fargo account with immediate transfers between the two.

My question is, can I submit the 3 months statement required of my Wealthfront account for proof of funds? Or, does it have to be in my personal checking account?

I really appreciate all of you for taking the time out to read this, and providing me with any helpful information!!

Thank you!! 🙏🏼

My DTV just got approved by London Embassy at 19:30 UK time. I applied on 28thbof October. Took two tries but totally worth it. Do I have to keep my EVisa approval letter safe for five years ow will they rely on the stamp I will get on my passport

Hello everyone,

My fiancee and I are moving to Thailand in January and I’m hoping someone here can point us in the right direction regarding the DTV visa.

Over the past year my fiancée hasn’t been able to work due to health issues, so I’ve been the only earner. Because of that, we haven’t saved much.

I *can* show over 500,000 THB in income from the last 6 months through invoices, but I don’t currently have that amount liquid because I reinvest a lot back into my online business.

My fiancée has recently started a small freelance gig too, so we’re both digital nomads. Just without the full liquidity right now.

I read on a few websites that a sponsor can be used for the DTV visa. My father is willing to write a sponsorship letter for both of us (so 1M TBH in total), but I’m not sure if that’s actually allowed or accepted in practice, and if this specific case is an option.

Has anyone here used a sponsorship letter for their DTV application?

Any guidance or experience would help us a lot.

Thank you all in advance!

Hi guys, how do things work with the DTV and the years you have left on your passport before it expires. My passport expires in 2028 for example.

I’m applying as a digital nomad.

Thanks in advance and sorry for this question has been asked before.

Question please. As a dtv holder planning to do our first border run soon after the 180 days is done. Is it possible to do my own border run without using a visa agency or would immigration be harder on us if we don’t use a agency? Planning to use the Wang Kelian Border for Malaysia.

🙏

Hello 👋

Does anyone have experience with DTV sponsorship for his/her unmarried partner?

I hold a DTV visa issued in an European country, and I would like to sponsorship my Indonesian partner. I’m wondering if I should do it in the country which issued my visa, country of origin of my partner or maybe other country that might be more helpful - like Manila for example.

Thanks in advance!

I did two stints earlier in the year on visa free exemption both were extended by 30 days so I stayed all up just under 180days. I’ve been out of Thailand and back in my home country for 4 months.

I am coming back into Thailand next week also with a return flight booked back to my home country booked in 2 and half months. I have applied for a tourist visa and it has been accepted should I be worried with the recent visa updates ?
