TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation addresses concerns regarding the 90-day reporting process in Thailand when the long-term address differs from the province where soft power activities take place. Several commenters clarify that the address reported should match the location of the TM30 registration, suggesting that the soft power activity's location is not a significant concern for immigration officers.

Don't you think it will look strange that you need long travels to train or go into classroom.

You report wherever your current TM30 is filed. The location of your soft power activity is irrelevant.

Never heard of it. I very much doubt the Immigration Officer is looking that closely. Would it even be on the immigration system the location of the SP?
