I did my new passport visa transfers a few weeks ago and immigration required proof of payment either a receipt from HMPO or credit card/bank statement showing payment.

Apparently immigration has seen an increase in fake passports and that is the reasoning given... Dont shoot the messenger !

Very easy do it yourself just make sure you have a receipt to show immigration the proof of payment for the new passport

Different areas must have different rules then.

Sakaeo province NO fingerprints required 👍

That's a new one on me I renewed my Thai Driving Licence last week not a mention of any finger prints being taken lol

Yes Correct Sold to UOB but you can still bank and have a credit card with them under the CitiBank name ... I Do 👍
