I'm in Sakaeo as well but on a non-o so no insurance but I think everything else is similar and covered off now

IMPORTANT REMINDER: He is using Sakaeo immigration office. I don't want to see requirements for Phuket or Kanchanburi listed.

thanx exactly Phuket or every other Province can be different …on phuket you need a hand made plan of the residents where you live , normally the certificate of the residency, a picture in front of your house .

Raft of photocopies needs to include your bank book Id & latest transaction pages as well as all relevant pages from passport and your arrival/departure card

You're probably better off asking at one of the local Facebook groups πŸ™

You may need a hand-drawn map to your house. Some immigration offices may want it on a special piece of paper.
