I've looked a little into how to get one, but i am not sure how to present myself for it. i work offshore on survey ships - around 6-7 months out of any given year, and usually come in on visa expempt and extend if necessary (60 days extension is possible on the grounds of visiting my wife and children). The DTV might be useful for certain things though - driving license, opening another bank account etc - just don't know how i would qualify?
