Vientiene has always been known as having an accommodating Thai counselate. I liked Yangon too, but no guarantee you come back alive.

It was very very easy in Jakarta. Walk in, no appointment.

I provided Passport, bank statement and appointment pdf from hospital.

Applied a Monday morning, pick up Thursday afternoon.
