Can anyone confirm whether or not KL Thai Embassy issue the non-immigrant O visa based on marriage? I have seen lists of Embassies closeby BKK (Savvanakhet, Seoul), but KL doesn`t appear - just want to confirm they have definitely stopped issuing them? TIA for any input 

Apologies if this has been asked before (possibly by me!).

I don`t actually see non-o based on marriage on the list there. only retirement and volunteer... am i missing something? does the dependant one work for husbands of thai women?
