I have T2 diabetes, everyone refused to cover heart attack, stroke, renal, kidney , liver and eyes. wanted 70k per year, i asked what do you cover? the answer was cancer. I laughed and hang up. total rip off

Is his wife Thai or not? If not he can still get a visa as a dependant. It would be very simple if he stated his wifes nationality but to be fair, who gives AF.

If your married to a THai it's non O, if your going for retirement it's Non OA

If your married you can apply for non O. the non OA requires insurance which later can become an issue. get the O visa and apply for marriage extension
