I recently switched my non-o-1-year extension based on retirement A one-year extension based on marriage The multiple entry permit That I had on the retirement extension Had not expired yet Does the Multiple entry permit Still continue to its originally expiry date Does it expire when I changed to the marriage extension and therefore need to get a new multiple entry permit
Good morning. I applied for my yearly Non-O Marriage extension last week and noticed there were three new forms that we had to fill out at the counter: ST.11 and STM.10. I can’t remember the third one that my wife had to fill out in Thai. They are not listed on the Chaengwattana list of documents. Does anyone know the name of that third document that the Thai spouse fills out to validate the marriage? Also, I need to get the stamp next week and apply for the re-entry stamp. Are there any new documents required for this now too beside the TM. 8?
Regarding the Non O Marriage extension in CW. Do they still have the rule to apply <=45 days before the extension expires? My passport says 15.April, but I would like to apply the 1st week of March due to some travel plans in April.
Regarding the online appointment at CW. At what time do they exactly open their slots? 🙏🏻
How to change back from a marriage extension to a retirement extension ? This in Jomtien, as the extension based on marriage is becoming a big joke. ( no, I ‘m not divorced ) . Thank you 🙏.
In order to get an extension on my non O visa for marriage I was asked to provide a document from the local Amphur called xxxx22. We were married in the UK 53 years ago and we have a notarised Thai/English document which is all we have ever needed up until now.
We have never registered our marriage with the Amour previously but in order to get the above certificate we must get my passport certified but the UK embassy.
Any advice? I want to go to the embassy in Bkk but I cannot find the site to make an appointment
Is a WISE transfer considered an “international transfer”that’s acceptable method to deposit 400k into Thai account for my 1st 1 year marriage extension?
Without naming any particular agent or quoting exact prices, it's obvious that using an agent's help to get a one year extension based on marriage is far more expensive than retirement extension, even if you use your own money and you do all the running around getting all the required paperwork together. Why?
Please, save yourselves a few seconds of your valuable time and don't type "do it yourself" it's just a question that I've wondered about for a while.
Can someone explain the monthly deposit method instead of lump sum for non-o marriage. What do I need to do to do get this done. I only have 1.5 months left on three month entry.
