Paying (on-line) can be another nightmare due to your own bank security layers flagging the transaction as a scam. I used WISE debit card and it worked—follow prompts.
I have experienced problems a few years ago from UK. I filled in a section then saved. Went in following day and did the same ,after a few long days it all went through. Hope this helps
If you already have a thai bank acct...apply at the immigration office near you.......if you do not have a thai bank acct fly out to the nearest country and apply your 90days nonO there
Contact your embassy in bangkok and request an income affidavit/certificate as I believe they still provide them. This will allow you to apply for a 90 days Non-O visa at your local immigration office, without the need for a bank account, as long as you meet the other criteria and have sufficient time left on your current entry stamp (15-21 days)
