that a opening a coffee shop, no matter what unique drink(s) are offered, is by far an over- saturated market, albeit many are successful, while many more are abandoned soon after opening. thanks for the update — I average less than 2 times per year or about 7 - 8 months between visits .. trip #6 coming in July. So far one agent said to me,”You really like Thailand 🇹🇭! .. why do you come so often?” I can speak quite a bit of Thai now.. so he seemed satisfied with my “I have a GF, etc answer”. But I know better than to get overconfident! 🙏
