Or would it be like if there were 100 units you could have 49 owned by foreigners and the rest (theoretically) empty, active or allotted i guess is the distinction i’m lacking

once again, its 5-10 seconds of time to send a message, if nothing else they might be able to reply why the system has been down for 3 days or some news on that front.

Youve already wasted tenfold more time replying then him sending them a simple question 🤷‍♂️

well ive had the opposite experience and so have plenty of others, considering what i said costs nothing more then 5-10 seconds of time your initial reply was a bit obtuse and your personal experience anecdotal.

when they stopped the embassies from doing visas during covid and issued the all from inside thailand the embassies were able to help people with the status of their visa and in some cases expedite them, just because its a separate entity doesnt mean theres no lines of communication from the embassy to them

Sending a message takes almost no effort for “no they cant help” and not even trying, and as i said they might at least be able to offer an explanation why its been down for 3 days
