this issue first surfaced about 5 months ago, I was on a family phone plan not in my name, so I took over the account going through the passport and picture with AIS, so far no trouble, also im allways doing something with the bank that requires verification, fingers crossed
Unfortunately the only way you will know if your going to have difficulties is when the immigration officer checks your passport. There have been several cases reported that the agent has used an office outside the province and they have been told to ho back there.
