I am 51 years old. If the work permit expires on July 25, and I will finish the documents for the new visa on July 30th. Will I pay a fine?

Thank you. I just want to transform Non-B into a Non-O (pension ) visa in the immigration office. It turns out that I have to do everything in one day, if I do not want to pay a fine.

my wife has a three-month non O-visa. It ends on March 15. Also makes no sense to go to Koh Samui? We'll have to do a visa-run.
