Good evening,

does anyone know the official validity period for the affidavit that is accepted at the immigration office for Non-O visas. I heard about two dates, one month and six.

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The validity period for the affidavit accepted at the immigration office for Non-O visas in Thailand is generally considered to be six months from the date of issuance, particularly for the affidavit of income from abroad issued by a consulate. However, there may be variations depending on the specific immigration office.

in that case there was a police order put out a LONG time ago that said that the affidavit of income from abroad notary issued by a consulate here is good for 6 months from the date it's issued

I know bangkok, pattaya and chiang mai honor that, but as far as if your office will (if it's not one of them) I dunno
