Here's an easy one, does anyone know what times in the morning the embassy in Hanoi accepts applications? I saw their open hours are from 8:30-12:00 but would like confirmation they accept applications during that entire time.

I need to go to the embassy in Lao in June. I have a few questions.

1) Are there any days in June when the embassy will be closed?

2) Are there any agencies that can assist me with the process of getting my 60 day tourist visa?

3) I know that I have to apply online for an interview at the embassy, but I read that basically you line up outside the embassy before 8.30am and then just stay in a queue until you are seen, where they will take your passport and documents to then process the visa for the following day. Is this correct?

4) What time should I arrive at the embassy so that I don't have to wait for a long time when the embassy is open.
