TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the latest deadline for submitting documents needed to renew their NON-O (retirement) visa, which expires on July 17th, and mentioned their immigration center is in Samui. A comment advised against waiting until the last day to apply, suggesting instead to prepare and submit documents at least a week to thirty days before the expiration date to avoid stress and complications.

You could walk in on the last day but that is not advised.

If you are missing something...then you will have lost your extension opportunity.

Best to go in during a week to thirty days before your ending date...less stressful.

And stop by your immigration office and pick up their current requirements list for your extension.
