Hi guys, I am looking for advice. My visa ends July 17th. By stupidity, I have not done 90 days report. If I understood correctly from the publications in the group, I can go to the immigration office either tomorrow or in a week while there are no crowds. Question. May I not do it now. It seems logical to me to get affedavit at the Consulate and appear in the immigration office 2 weeks before July 17th to applay a new visa. Could the lack of timely reporting lead to problems in obtaining a new visa in this case? Thank you.

Per our messaging your 90 day report is due on the 4th of June and you can do it up to 7 days AFTER the due date, SO go do it by the 11th and you wil be okay.
You NEED to have filed a 90 day report to apply for your yearly extension SO even though you do qualify for the amnesty and don't have to file a report until july 31st BECAUSE you need the 90 day report receipt to get your yearly extension just go file one before the 11th and you'll be fine
