you use an agent depending on witch bank you use depends on the cost as the agent I’m going to use hasn’t got the bank I’m with in their back pocket so it costs me an extra thousand five hundred bht as they need to deposit it in the bank and leave for a couple of days

Just go to an agent is so much easier and stress free. I paid 4600 bht have them my passport they took photos drove me to immigration strain sat in chair photo taken then photo taken outside immigration then drove me back to office picked passport up two days later.

And if you want longer go as Joseph said go to Cambodia and you’ll get another 60 days

Go to an agent they will do it for you so much easier and quicker and it only cost me 4500 bht all in

I went to immigration in Jomtien I saw all the people there just for the information and thought I ain’t queuing up there and something not be right. Went down the road to an agent sat in there for ten minutes while they did the paperwork then they took me to immigration straight in photo taken no waiting back in car. The picked my passport up two days later stress free all for 4500 bht it’s a no brainer
