yes but I was trying to use my days I have stacked up in hotels to basically get it for free…thank you for that information and I have now received my confirmation number

I booked on hotels since it was a SHA+ hotel but they weren’t selling the service

I called the hotel then I had a thai call the hotel to make sure there was no loss in translation and both times stated you had to use the hotel website
