Technically yes. Previously under the almost certainly incoming government they used to weed them out at entry and obviously theyve started that again. Its also actually illegal to film in Thailand without a filming licence and permission from the government authority for what you are filming. Obviously you tube etc made that virtually impossible to control. Its illegal to promote prostitution and the sex industry as that Durian on pizza and his pleb mate (can't remember what he calls himself) have found out. Both kicked out of Thailand. The Durian on pizza kn0b had his accounts and phone blocked long before they started on everyone else.

The company would need to employ 2 Thais for you to get a WP and subsequently a years extension. You'd also need business premises which immigration will inspect. Be aware theres is a huge crackdown on companies skirted the rules now and the last 2 years. You are correct about the 180 days and so far there is no limit to the amount of entries.
