Technically yes. Previously under the almost certainly incoming government they used to weed them out at entry and obviously theyve started that again. Its also actually illegal to film in Thailand without a filming licence and permission from the government authority for what you are filming. Obviously you tube etc made that virtually impossible to control. The company would need to employ 2 Thais for you to get a WP and subsequently a years extension. You'd also need business premises which immigration will inspect. Be aware theres is a huge crackdown on companies skirted the rules now and the last 2 years. You are correct about the 180 days and so far there is no limit to the amount of entries.
