How can passport type be wrong? I am like 100% sure I selected ordinary passport. There is no other details in the email or thayevisa portal where I applied, nor can I see my application form. I applied in Berlin, Germany as a resident.

What could be wrong?

What I submitted:

* permanent work contract stating the work location is anywhere (unsigned as I received it through email)

* last investment broker account statements stating more than enough funds

* travel passport

edit: upon request they updated me that I indeed selected wrong document type so it must have been some mistake with the page changing my inputs upon save/refresh.

They also mentioned other documents are ok.
