Edie Pastuch You need to submit a tm30 in the province you are obtaining the extension before you go to immigration.

If staying at friends they or their landlord if they have one needs to file a tm30 for you.

If returning before expiry:

Reentry permit from immigration office or airport if required.

File tm30 on return at immigration if your office requires it.

As above or 60 day tourist visa from embassay in neighbouring country , but that would seem extra hassle for what's needed.

Border bounce from Pattaya if his disability allows him to sit in a minibus for hours or go via the airport if that's more comfortable for him.

Don't fly back the same day though. So that might actually be harder work for him.

It's all you can do. You're currently on 7 days overstay and 10 if you go to immigration on Monday.

You have to go back to the airport asap and get it corrected. It's B500 per day fine and a flight out.

Tod is the resident expert and has dealt with this over and over again. Take his advice over anyone's.

It's a mistake, it's been happening a lot lately. Thing is it's completely your responsibility to check it and have it corrected. Yeah I know.

You need to go back the airport to customer services/ information desk and tell them. They will call an immigration officer to come and correct it for you.

It's called a 'visa exempt' just so you have the correct terminologies when there.

Go tomorrow. Don't risk it. You will only get to the same date anyway.
