 Lolz. Two opposing political parties that don't like each other and endlessly troll each other. The whole thing was by the now disposed party to troll the almost certainly incoming party. You really don't understand Thai politics at all. Did you think cannabis was legalised to improve the economy as well ? 😃

Do I need to file a TM30 again for my tenant for the 90-day report?

Everytime she requires one. Everytime she stays at a hotel or leaves the country (border run, holiday).

If immigration are asking for one you need to do it.

One is a long standing visa, the other is a new visa introduced by a now removed government to troll the almost certainly incoming government. One will be in place next year, the other take your guess.
