As with a lot of the questions on hear regarding this DTV my question is quiet unique but hope some one might be able to tell me if I stand a good chance of obtaining this visa based on there personal experience .

I am a British passport holder ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง and I work for a Uk company that involves me undertaking many different roles, some are physical and some are office based.

My boss has agreed to amend my works contract and state that the company are happy to allow me to carry out my office duties remotely from Thailand.

I have worked on and off for this company for 15 years with my resent employment with them being 3 months.

I meet the financial requirements (500,000 THB in my bank account ) and can also attach my past 3 months pay slips in my application.

What are the chances of my DTV application being successful?

What pacific information would my boss need to include in the contract to satisfy the Thai embassy?

I would really appreciate any positive and helpful feedback in regards to my question.

Many thanks ๐Ÿ™

If not I would guess manilla ?

Is anyone able to give me advice on doing a Tourist Visa in Singapore ? British passport holder. It is for my son who is changing from his Non B and needs time to change onto his visa with Bangkok University. Non B is almost up so we need more time as the University needs at least a month on his current visa to process the paperwork. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We don't want to border bounce, want to get a proper visa - 60 day with option to extend by 30. TIA. We are in Hatyai so Singapore is close and we have not been there before so maybe want to take the opportunity to see it !

Hi, my mother has booked her flight to land in Thailand on 26th September and to leave on the 26th October. She is a British passport holder so I believe she will get a 30 day visa exempt on arrival, but unless Iโ€™m mistaken her visa exempt will only be valid until the 25th October.

What would be the best thing to do in this situation?

1. Just overstay for the day, pay the 500 baht at immigration when she leaves and donโ€™t worry about it.

2. By a tourist evisa before she leaves.

3. Get her a 30 day extension in country.

Are there any other options?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

I just did my first border run to Mae Sai (October 11th 2019) and have a 30 day visa on arrival stamp (I am a British passport holder).

Is the following a possibility?

30 day extension at Chiang Mai immigration, another Mae Sai run and another 30 day extension at Chiang Mai immigration.

Sorry if the information isn't completely clear and thank you in advance.

Hi. I am new to this group and looking for Visa advice. I am a British passport holder. I have been travelling to Thailand for many years and spending 30 days there every winter. The last couple of years I have obtained a 60 day Visa before leaving the UK and stayed for that length of time. This year I wish to stay for 90 days and have booked my flights. This is where I need advice. My intention was to apply for a 60 day visa before travelling, then apply for a 30 day visa extension whilst in Thailand. Would this work, or is there a better way to do things. I have never overstayed or had any previous issues with Thai immigration in the past. Thanks for any help that can be given.
