Good morning,

My 90 days report was on December 15 which was a Sunday. I was supposed to do it on Monday December 16 but I forgot I just remembered today December 23rd but I can only go tomorrow December 24th because I have a doctor's appointment today. My question is will they charge me for late report if yes how much do they charge per per. Don't they give like a few days time that is acceptable for you to do late 90 days report?

Before I used to go 4-5 days after the supposed day for my report and I was never charged, this time it's been 8 days been two of the days a weekend.

I did the online report today, will I still be fined?

Thank you in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, the 90-day reporting period generally allows for online reporting or in-person submission within a specific timeframe. You can report 15 days in advance or up to 7 days after the due date, including holidays. However, if you miss this window, as in the case of an 8-day delay, you will typically incur a fixed fine of 2,000 baht when reporting in person. Online submissions made after the deadline are usually rejected. Notably, it was mentioned that during holidays like Christmas, there might be some leniency, but this is not guaranteed.

90-day reporting window in-person is 15 days in advance until 7 days after the due date, including holidays. It includes the time of "acceptable for you to do late a 90-day report". Sadly, you already missed this period. Now, when you go to the immigration office for a 90-day report in person, they usually charge you 2,000 baht for lack of report. This fine is fixed, and won't be changed if you go tomorrow or months later.

The online reporting window is between 15 days in advance and 7 days in advance of the due date, never been after the due date. If you did today, it would be rejected.
