It wasn’t me.

It is a legitimate visa and unlikely a mistake with the person that I know who had all the papers they needed.

But ok they give a visa that you didn’t apply for

But I’m curious what the overall feedback for the new E-Visa system is.

I know someone who applied for a Dependant Visa & was granted a Tourist Visa.

A dependant visa is a legitimate visa category so I don’t know how they can make that mistake?

But regarding the new E-Visa system & timing;

What used to take 2-3 days in a neighbouring country now takes up to 10 business days.

That seems less efficient & will be prohibitive for many people to be staying in a hotel in Laos or KL while they wait for their visa.

I hope your experience is an indication that they are working out the new system & will be efficient in the end.
