 They only want to see the money again if you extend through immigration. If you just fly out and back in there is no check.

Took over 2 weeks for me in Madrid. But that doesnt say anything. Can be any time. Just be patient.

Yeah, first document requests were fast, then a 10 day wait and another request. You can always mail them. Look on the Embassy website. My application is in Madrid btw.
