You print account statements for each adult but of course you can just as well transfer these $$$ from Account A to B to C and generate individual statements from your accounts.
Everyone here has seen it already but as he noted the real problem here is that each embassy worldwide makes their own rules regarding the application process and even pricing. And once issued the ball in totally in the hand of Immigration, they decide how the DTV’s are handled from thereon.
Do you have a registered company or any documentation that you are a sole proprietor of your business? That’ll be the key in this situation. You can prove the finances with a simple account statement, they don’t care about income.
of course but I can’t think of any jurisdiction where that would be permitted. Of course that’s beside the point and doesn’t solve your problem. I think a letter with clearly spelled out terms would be best.
Keep in mind you aren’t legally permitted to disclose your work contract to third parties including embassies without the employers consent. That’s proprietary information.
