If you apply in the same country where the certificate was issued then it shouldn’t even require the translation as the local embassy staff will be able to speak the language and verify.

Being a personal investor handling your own funds isn’t considered remote, digital work under the DTV. If you have a registered company that can certify you account management as a digital nomad you’ll probably be ok.
