Boy oh boy. 2nd picture (Not the red stamp) is an extension of stay as you can read in the second line. The first picture is a multiple re-entry permit. This is bought 'on top' of the year extension so when you leave and enter Thailand during the dates from y'r extension, this extension keeps valid (in y'r case till 14 aug. 2026. So the yearextension and the re-entry permit, both are no visas.

Nope. Y'r initial non O visa is "USED" (stamp on visa). Look on the stamp in y'r passport. It 'says' (red stamp 'retirement' indeed) but also 'extension of stay permitted..........'. This is not a visa anymore !

And look at y'r stamp when leaving the imm. Officer that they stamp you in for a year.

??? Maybe you mean online that does not work ? In person it does. Every year they tear out my last 90 day notification paper out of my passport and put a new paper in with new date 89 days after the day I went there for my extension. And THAT I am sure of.

Well, maybe you have point anyway. So online and in person. In Korat imm. we just have to give our passport with latest notification in it. But originally with the TM47 I checked and also on that form the passport number is asked. So, difficult to say. But maybe a new TM30 covers it all 🤷‍♂️

If you have the money (800k฿) in y'r bank account two months before application, maybe you can considder 'change reason of extension' to retirement. Most of the time you get y'r year extension the same or next day, without consideration period. So, if the money is in for 2 months after 20th of august, you can ask the year extension just after 20th of august (also re-entry permit) 🤷‍♂️
