My plan was to go to Thailand at the end of February and then to Vietnam and Bali from mid of March to mid of April. Before going back to Sweden spend a few days in Bangkok. All in less than 60 days.
But now, after reading about ETA, I have been really confused. There are so many contradictions when trying to find out whatโs right.
Can I do this without problems? Boarder crossings will be by air. Fights to and from Stockholm probably with Thai airways.
Iโve already asked the Thai embassy in Stockholm but they passed me on to Immigration. I guess you are giving me a quicker answer.
TLDR : Answer Summary
You can enter Thailand for up to 60 days without a visa, as confirmed by multiple responses discussing the current lack of an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). There is no ETA implemented yet, and travelers are advised to disregard any outdated information regarding it. Ensure that you check the visa requirements for Vietnam prior to your travels.
