Hello group. Can anyone recommend a good lawyer who can speak English well? I need to sue someone for breach of contract.
Thank you so much. π

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking recommendations for an English-speaking lawyer in Thailand to assist with a breach of contract lawsuit. Multiple comments express skepticism about the chances of success in lawsuits in Thailand, with advice to consider alternative options. One user suggests contacting 'Lawyers for Expats' and mentions specific lawyers known for their good service.

Have to be very very large amounts involved or you waste your time and money.
No point. I heard they just work with the others lawyer to drag it out as long as possible to make as much money out of you as possible then when it dries up they don't come to any result anyway.
haha are you trying to offend a non Englishmanππ

Listen you cannot sue someone in Thailand for verbal agreement. I know your Thai lady agreed to stay with you for long time but now she found a higher paying customer.
Good idea Tom. I usually like referrals but I'll take your advice.

Last March you also wanted to take someone to court I read. How that worked out ? I know 'to sue' is a nice verb in the US, but this is Thailand. Good luck with it.
