Not much chance of winning a case in Thailand.

No point. I heard they just work with the others lawyer to drag it out as long as possible to make as much money out of you as possible then when it dries up they don't come to any result anyway.

This guy is required to pay me 18K a month and hasn't paid anything in a year. He just keeps saying "I'll pay you in full when I land a big job."

Listen you cannot sue someone in Thailand for verbal agreement. I know your Thai lady agreed to stay with you for long time but now she found a higher paying customer.

"Long Time" is too subjective. At my age maintaining an erection for longer than ten minutes is a "long time" πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

short time means 1-2 hour and long time means 2-8 hours. Don't ask me how I know.

So what if it's EXACTLY 2 hours? Is that a long short time, or a short long time?

Last March you also wanted to take someone to court I read. How that worked out ? I know 'to sue' is a nice verb in the US, but this is Thailand. Good luck with it.

This is an ongoing thing but time is running short for me to take this guy to court. Had another lawyer but she doesn't speak English that well.

Do NEVER use Siam ....

They decive people by giving the impression that they are a Thai Embassy, when they are only a privat compagny.

Don't support crooks like that.
