There is only a visa if u invest ( I think ) more then 40 mil thb .....but not for a condo...

Tourist.....or retired from 50 yeas old up......

No it can not u need a new visa B , mostly easier an quicker to get with all necessary papers from the company who employs you and the paper from the office of labor that they have ask to employ you....and then easy.....

Just checked it at the Immigration today here on phuket....

Like Tod Daniels told...

There is NO medical Visa...it is a NON O ...with / for medical reasons....

They told me that the ( Bangkok Phuket ) Hospitals know how to do it for you ....

Well KEN.....if u extend for example on phuket...then u have to deliver what they want....a friend have Been 4 Times in The office Till they have Been satisfied......a Picture of his house, he in front of ita handmade Plan where it is located , no google map print out ....and and and
