The owner is suppose to do this.

ORIGINAL POSTERU need the form from your owner as well and if he not does it you have to have the power of attorney as well most private owners don't do it, they are scared of paying taxes

Just go with 3 and 4 and an extra 300 thb and they will do it for you! Did the foreign volunteers gave you the list or the actual thai officers?
