The staff advised various customer from Phuket and Pattaya that they can not get Tourist visa here if warning stamp in passport, obviously your case is different, but I can not ask now. He mentioned as long as paperwork is OK people can apply Non Immigrant there.

We were told today that this service has been stopped with immediate effect. Not available anymore.

Update, today no more selling queue outside the Embassy. I think that hole they stopped.

I would love to be able to answer your question, but too any things do not make sense at the moment. This Consulate is new 3-4 years old, it was build on purpose to handle the increasing number of applications and now the turnaround ?

this all does not make sense. If that guy is high level he should have approached all companies and talked to us, give a quota and sale for THB500 each, easy money for the rest of the lifetime of this system. Now he sit on a bomb.
