Hey! Does anyone have examples of what a business registration letter should look like ? Is there a global template?
I have been asked for additional documents and one of the things is “please provide a business registration document showing the company name, the name of the legal representative, and a company profile that includes details about its history, vision, mission, products and achievements”
I am under time pressure to get things resubmitted and I’m not sure my company will be able to get it to me in time. Would putting stuff together from the terms and conditions suffice?
Just in case anyone is interested. I have kept my maiden name as my passport name since I was issued a passport decades ago. I’ve never wanted to change it. 2 marriages down, I have a “married name” which is what I’ve had for past 20+ years for all my legal ID. Now I’m facing a problem with applying for a Thai visa-60 days, or retirement or anything other than 30 day exemption. For a long stay visa I have to submit a passport and bank statement which must be in the same name. My names don’t match; bank records, everything, is in my married name. I asked my bank if they can add my maiden name to my account but answer is no. Got the same answer at 2 different banks. Banker told me most likely the easier path is to change my passport name. Which isn’t easy. Now I’m thinking to apply for a 60 day METV outside Thailand, like Penang or KL?? As we know…visa agents can perform miracles. ?
Dear members. I have an appointment at MFA for legalisation of some documents. Will they offer me the translation service at that point? Or do I need to get this done beforehand?
Advice, please! If I will be in Thailand soon as a tourist, marrying a Thai citizen while there, but then leaving Thailand (at least for now), what will I later WISH that I'd done/arranged/filed for/etc. while there, in case I ever do decide to return for a longer time later? Should I try to set up a bank account while there? Apply for a certain form that can't be obtained from outside the country? Again, our current plans are not to live there but I want to think ahead and maximize the value of my time there.
I apply this morning in Savannaket with all required documents for a Non O (retirement) and was told to apply in my own country as they do not accept first time applicant. Should i try my luck in Vientiane ? Any feedback from recent Savannaket experiences and will appreciate any advice.
